. - Hostfully(seems to be most cheap)- Uplisting(seems to be the most professional)- Hospitable(most friendly UI & the only one I currently have experience with)     Biggest con for me is lacking in ai for messaging which they've denied integrations with developers.

I have no experience with this, but just read something that I think is what you are looking for; look into a Performance Deed or Contract.

Does anyone have any experience in this area?

It is my experience that Vacasa has no interest in being your partner and that they will syphon off every penny of potential profit you can make until you fire them. 

I keep running into individuals who are not sincere and are unable to prove they have the experience they say.

I hope to gain knowledge and experiences along the way (hopefully with more triumphs then mistakes if the knowledge was implemented correctly).
