Hello, I'm looking into buying a MHP is the Houston area. Does anyone have any experience in this area? Are there any local hidden Taxes I need to be aware of? I've managed multi family units and I owed my own single family rentals. Now I'm looking to move into larger passive income streams using MHP. thanks,
