As a new landlord, what tips would you provide to me to make sure I continue to be profitable and grow?

@Costin IorgulescuInvesting an IRA in real estate is another way of growing your IRA by not just investing your IRA in equities.

I would say as a take away for anyone debating working on without a permit or purchasing a property with un-permitted work, this circumstance is not ordinary.  

We are hoping to continue growing our real estate portfolio through multi-family homes and possibly a few single family homes in the Buffalo area. 

If the area is stable or growing in population with multiple strong employers, then I'd be comfortable investing in the market at the right prices.

Ordinary income may be subject to UBIT tax which could be as much as 39%.

In fact my drive and determination allowed me to list the properties for sale and make some money, as a licensed Realtor, since I've taken on new challenges to think and grow - so it worked out.Now I'm preparing to get into the next deal by building my reserves back up.Keep up the hustle Rah-sheen Blalock and good things will come your way!!!
