I think the hardest part of that would be finding a property with an ADU, but if you do I would reach out to the town/city hall on its rent-ability as a room or as an independent dwelling unit.

its just stupid what value does she really do, its branding and apparently alot, but she is smarter and alot richer than me so I should take notes from her.IF you know a good way to make money in 2020 that is duplicatable, sustainable, built over time, fits in a financially and physically ability that is a good blue ocean strategy, do tell!
