Hello from The Last Frontier!
Hello, my name is Azavyon McFarland from the great state of Alaska! I have been lurking on bigger pockets for a couple months now and excited to connect with like minded investors and learn from those who are succeeding to eventually becoming partners with them.
After a solid two months of absorbing as much real estate information as I can decided it’s time to take the plunge and turn knowledge into action.
My goals?
Cash is king and would love to start building capital via wholesaling. Passive income is the name of the game, so looking forward in buying my first 4 plex before the middle of the year.
I am excited to see what’s in store. Ultimate goal is to go from being a student of the game to eventually becoming a teacher.
