Hi, I'm looking for a hard money lender in the Southern Kentucky and Northern Tennessee area.

I am in the southern Butler county area.  

I am in southern NH and still a newbie myself to REI.  

Both are SFR's in southern california.

I've already reached out to several real estate agents, but seeing as how I am based in Southern California (CA), you can imagine the high property prices out here which really don't make for the best cash flow investments. 

My dad knows I am looking for a deal and offered to let me fix the house up and sell it (they do not have the capital to fix the house up) and we could share the profit.The house is located in Southern Oregon, may parents live in Northern Utah, and I live in Ohio.

I am interested in out of state deals such as arkansas or texas, but would prefer local in the southern California area.

However; try going to the website Blue Book for Contractors we've used it for finding subs in southern California.
