Thanks a lot for recommendations. Investing at the rate of one quarter seems a great start.  I live outside the country for next year. I am looking for a experienced hand to guide me for first few properties. I have bought couple of homes in the past but that was for me to live in rather than investment, currently rented in Denver areas.  My goal is to reach to a 10K free cashflow per month in next three years.
