If it is a primary you might take the neighbor to court, but you'll likely be the one paying to move a fence as it would be fully on your property and in many subdivisions it isn't worth it if your yard becomes 1 foot wider.

At the lease renewal we just rolled it into the rent.If the property doesn't have a garage, we like to provide some type of storage for people to put their lawnmower and yard equipment in.

Ideally we want 3BR SFH in:- safe / low crime area- great schools (elementary / middle /junior / high school with greatschools rating >= 8)- nice-to-have (maybe not realistic): yard spaceSeems like the suburbs with the great schools would not cash flow positive, but we are concerned about safety in Cincy.

And I think if this level of work continues, labor will go up, since demand is up. i think everyone being home & stimulus money & +$600/week unemployment seems to be driving contractors to be busier in my area.Although seems like lots of people available to mow yards
