As long as nothing drastic happens with a number of the major employers, I just see slow and steady wins the race which I don't mind at all!

A lender, any lender, can not ride two horses at the same time, demonstrating a motive to acquire ownership by a lender is not a good idea.

That's much like saying you follow some horse track newsletter, on the average you win at the track.

There are so many good systems out there,  but you have to pick one horse and ride it.

Not to throw another horse into the ring on you but you could do a mixed heating system.

I am sure they have... but their teaching makes no sense.The only way it seems to do it is follow their direction, you then realize that it is all horse crap, and you are forced to tweak it so that it works.
