I'm familiar with North Conway and Lebanon/Upper Valley area.

All deals begin as dreams but I have neither the time nor the inclination to analyze lots of deals for novice investors.

Almost decided to head for SD this weekend for the holiday but heading north towards the mountains instead.

As for REIA's, I've participated with a handful over the years, most recently I am a member with the closest one I have found to Mankato, which is unfortunately about an hour north of here.

Does anybody have a recommended home inspector that'll work in the Laurel, Maryland / Howard County area (North of Washington D.C. 20 minutes).I've searched old forums and haven't seen any suggestions for this area.I'll also need a termite inspection - I was planning on just calling Terminix.
