I do a 360 video in front of the house to show them the neighborhood, do a video walk-through, and take photos of all issues and all of the big ticket items.  

They are perfectly fine with buying Newport’s lotto tickets  and booze with cash ..and then pulling out a EBT card for food at a Gas station !
