Hello, was curious to what folks do when they get prospective tenants who are either college students or grad students.

Similar to a student rental. 

Our biggest concern right now, though, is related to the rental market in a college town while universities are offering online classes due to Covid-19.Are any of you concerned about a shortage of renters in college areas since students aren't actually in school?

Things I would consider in no particular order1 if I wanted 1 2 3 or 4 unit house2 am I renting STR LTR college students Ect 3 states with lower or no income tax 4 properties taxes 5 If market has no low medium or high  appreciation6 if your self managing or who will manage.

I am running into an issue with my student rental applicant screening process.

I have a student housing building, but I generally rent it out to a family.  

I am a young 29 year female who currently works for the NYC department of education as a 1st. grade teacher and  i currently hold my bachelors.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.
