It is great to be able to Control and Roll, assign- flip or recycle without the use of conventional financing - don't you hate asking for money from lenders (hard or soft)?

But there’s no such thing as soft/hard.

Most people understand this intellectually, but brush it off without examining the realities that come with it.

It's more dealing with mixing soft skills (people management) with hard skills (deal/ financial management) right now while moving through the negotiation process considering I'm a newbie at apartment investing.

But (this is my big soft spot) I also love animals and want them to have good homes.
