I'd love to chat when you're in Pueblo CO on 7/1.Pueblo is a pretty small city, so there aren't a ton of BP members here... but I'm happy to volunteer to organize and try to round up a few folks if no one else has offered.

We got started by turning our personal home into a rental when my husband was transferred (military) and have grown from there. 

I've been fortunate that as I've grown, both as a person and an investor, there have always been role models and mentors along the way.

Yukon and Mustang have grown but Piedmont will not allow (voted in) any apartments.

I would caution on filling more than one position at a time giving the new hire and the organization a chance to adjust thoroughly with each new team member.

I still continue to work a full time job, and in the past 18 months as my business grown to over 12 Wholesales Sold and currently have my 6th Rehab four of which have Sold.  

I've subscribed to several organizations and have come across some opportunities where we can take 50% of the loan.
