    welcome @Account Closed !

We just bought our first auction foreclosure in Clarksville, have it under contract and should be closing in a few weeks!  We are out of Nashville but investing in other nearby areas due to the high prices here!

    Welcome!!

We are buy and hold investors. We got started by turning our personal home into a rental when my husband was transferred (military) and have grown from there.

Look forward to seeing you around!

My husband and I have invested in Clarksville, TN since 2008. We're going to be looking to liquidate soon. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
