In NJ registering an LLC is simple as going on website, selecting an unused name, paying the ~$100 filing fee, download your article of formation, and you are done.How that helps.

@Sam Pant In TX the only place to get all the i formation you mentioned is the MLS.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

Since we are 2still in the formative years I can only say this is our goal and we are structuring the business to insure we meet the goal...but it hasn't happened yet so truth in disclosure...I would welcome ongoing discussions with you to share strategies, successes and challenges.
