Calling back unmotivated seller..?

Hi BP, I just got my first call back from my first mailing I sent out last month. (Hooray! DM works!) My assistant answered the phone and attempted to ask the questions from my script but they refused to give any answers and asked for an offer. Which is impossible because I don't even know what property they are calling about. Now I know based on this they are not motivated at all, but I also know that the deals are in the follow ups. Should I call them and try to obtain an address and try to go see the house? Or should ignore them and see what happens when they receive another piece of mail from me? Thanks for the advice.
