To sum it up, a 7 year loan could have been paid off in less than 16 months, with a ROI of 25% for the bank, and I would still have been well off, and able to actually pay cash for my next property within 12 months between how the leases were written and how quickly I was(or rather would be) able to fill the vacancies!

(they fill it out before paying but I don't get it until the reports are run)This is my first time trying this out, if anyone is familiar with this site I wouldn't mind hearing about success or failure stories.I really wanted a one stop shop so potential applicants wouldn't have to go to multiple sites to fill out an application and run the reports.Ideally I want them to pay for the reports, I see this as a first step to weeding out potentially problems!

There are lots of charts and statistics that show how much more efficient Low E and argon filled windows are, but like Dev says it would be difficult to quantify actual savings over the long term.Check your local building codes though.
