I am only on Episode 5, so pardon me if I may ask anything that may have been answered in a later show.My situation is this: I am a 21 year old college graduate from Ontario, Canada.

Took a little spring break trip (15 hour drive to Colorado) so got 30 hours of back episodes in, in one week.

When we met the agent at the house it looked like an episode of horders.

Found myself on my second episode and it’s giving me a panic attack.

The BP podcast is amazing for this, a lot of the earlier episodes are wholesaling focused and almost always do a step by step of the wholesaling process.

I'll probably aim for the singe family properties starting out, as I find they are typically in better areas for my price range.I listened to a great BP podcast (think it was 265 with Andrew Propst); in this episode he talks about going as big as you can starting out.
