So I have read some threads about SureDeposit and checked their website out, and it certianly seems like a great idea however if you want to go with SureDeposit as a landlord you must have at least 1000 units!!!

He insists that birddogs are doing a realtors job and need a LICENSE, and says I am aiding and abetting if I keep this ad on my website or pay the finder's fee.

HUD's website offers an interactive directory of approved lenders.

They steer you with many different web sites to their wholesale deals, their friendly mortgage guy, and their web hosting service, etc.

The website is great but I wanted a more personal reference.
