I’m a real estate guy so acknowledging that bias, I believe a sizable chunk of everyone’s portfolio should be in real estate.Severe housing shortage plus growing population lays a pretty strong foundation for real estate.

I clearly don't know the market or this property, but 9% vacancy does seem fairly high given the shortage of rental units across the country.
