Hi I am Pablo, after more then 15 years at the construction business, I am very interested in finally get involve into the real state business. I got a partner with who we have been remodeling houses, and also commercial jobs for others. What could be and first step to go into, there is any website that people is looking for business partners, books that can guide or be a first step in this journey. Thanks.

I would highly recommend these two books -- "Flip" and "The Book on Flipping Houses." That should get you started in the right direction.
