The good:-large 3 bedroom in an oceanfront building, nice split floor plan, building is only 15 years old, The bad:-it has a side ocean view with a brand new building being built next door-the owner is middle eastern and likes to cook (I've gotten feedback about the smell)-the condo is not furnished well, it's in good condition but the furnishings make it look outdatedI'd appreciate any ideas.

Carpet looks awesome when brand new with professional photos, but from what I hear needs to be replaced every 2-3 years or even after every tenant.

If it's a brand new development then you may not have the same problem.Hotel- We travel often & many of the hotels we've stayed have condo's.

Brand new kitchen, Cherry Cabinets, granite, two full baths with granite, separate laundry room, two floors, master bed has 3 closets, living room, family room, separate dining area with direct access to a huge deck, one side of a very large garage, private yard and the town has every amenity you could want and also only a 40 min commute to downtown Boston, MA.
