I can say from my personal experiences that about five years ago there were a million "real estate investors" in the Atlanta area I mean these guys were making big money had TV commercials, fast cars and faster women they were like celebrities and they would take advantage of anyone who wanted to learn the game.

Now, if they could just make people, who get the stimulus checks, use it for rent, instead of tv’s............

Tv and cartoons, in general, portray this image to most when we are very young and accepting.

They see on TV and on YouTube how "easy" it is.

If they're calling to figure out the A/C or TV remote, you should have written instructions available so they can figure it out.

I wouldn't cheap out on satelight or cable TV.
