I would assume that you would have been allowed to put 10 structures on 5 acres.Then the actual physical limit would have probably been dictated by your septic as they require a minimum of 2 bedroom capacity per structure even if it’s a small 200 SF tiny house.

A tiny little tear like that will cost about 2$ to repair.

However I Came across several lots/land 3,049 sqft my dilemma could I build in a such small lot for example a tiny two story sloped house ?
