@Henry Wang I have been doing business in Cleveland for about 10 years, ALL my clients are from Out of state, ( about 95% from CA selling them about 300 properties. 500 overall ) I get 99% of my business from referrals, its all about the team on the ground,Good luck

A lot of my clients here in the Chicago suburbs use this strategy to pick up there first few properties before they start having to rely on savings for the full 20-25% down payment.
