My thought process is that this ADU is in a beach community and people are used to smaller spaces, so I'm leaning towards keeping the tub so I can claim a full bathroom vs. 3/4 bath.Thank you all and have a safe holiday season!

On April 12, 2012, VA awarded the property management contract to Vendor Resource Management (VRM).When I tried to contact VRM,  it sent me to a sales site offering a "free" cruise on Holiday cruise lines, starting at $118 and going on up to $1195, depending on how much "free" stuff you wanted to pay for.  

Many visitors to Tulum live in a crammed small apartment in the likes of New York or Toronto and the last thing they want is to spend their holidays in a very small place.

When I went back to the states for the holidays, I was able to do some driving for dollars with my partner. 

I am focussing on Airbnb / holiday rentals in Europe, trying to take advantage of distressed properties in touristic areas and achieving above average rental yields with renting directly to tourists.  

Unlike some other international holiday destinations, your clientele will be mostly Brazilians so you won't be much affected by border closures. 

Or maybe you sleep in 'til 10:30, roll out of bed and get straight to crunching numbers for the next 2 hours (your head clear from all that rest and relaxation).Do you attempt enough tasks by mid-morning that your stress level reflects that of this poor fellow?

Plus, who wants to be doing showings during the holidays?!
