How to Buy a VA REO

I've found a property that, according the the county CAD, is owned by the VA. Its vacant, and in good repair. It doesn't appear on the VA's website.

Who manages and sells VA-owned property?

On April 12, 2012, VA awarded the property management contract to Vendor Resource Management (VRM).

When I tried to contact VRM,  it sent me to a sales site offering a "free" cruise on Holiday cruise lines, starting at $118 and going on up to $1195, depending on how much "free" stuff you wanted to pay for.  And, I never got connected to anybody at VRM at all.

Before I leave on my cruise, can anybody help me figure out how to buy this house?
