I would like to see Emotional Support Animals require a psychiatrist indicating the individual requires the emotional support but the notice still allows virtually all health care professionals (including nurse, optometrist, or doctor assistant (Are they qualified to determine a patient has an emotional need for an assistance animal?)

Since we are in the latter part of the cycle, its especially important to be patient, selective and not be afraid to learn and earn from others by partnering.
