You can always get advice on hard money folks from the REIA  groups, but the mortgage and wealth management folks can make introductions to private investors once you get your feet wet and are ready to move in that direction.

what does being a member of BP have to do with the scenario.. the vast majority of BP members are just starting out and don't know what they don't know.my folks buy from wholesalers I personally don't..
