(these homes are made of steel and manufactured/built for a very short time) Does anyone have any experience with them?

The girlfriend was a professional cirque du soleil type performer who now does gymnastic instruction out of the home.

The sellers disclosed that a couple windows were fogged but it's the majority of them according to the home inspector (obviously a manufacturer issue which is why they are out of business).

The difficulty comes in the fact that the mobile manufacturers have an approximate backlog of 40 weeks. 

The insured buyer needs to follow the instructions for making a claim which are found in the Notices section of the policy.

There were only 2 manufacturers in the country that could deliver what we were looking for.

I currently have my agent doing a walkthrough and sending me videos of a manufactured home, on a 1300 sqft, 3 bed 2 baths, well under my max budget of 120k.

Negative people work very hard to find problems, so hard that they manufacture and manifest their own problems.
