Also, the city is quietly booming - new businesses, new entertainment center, new community center and the developers have come back.Utilities are much expensive in Maricopa - water, gas and electricity.  

Obviously we’re entertaining all of this because multi family apartment investing is our long term goal to create financial freedom.

At the club there is a dining facility, kitchen and bar and frequent entertainment.

...when your friends ask you how you're doing, and you tell them how many properties you've viewed and offered on this week....when you're invited to your agent's birthday party of close friends....when you enjoy tenant applicant calls from CL because you think they are entertaining, not annoying....you enjoy bullet-proofing a rental property so tenants can't destroy it.

I'm sure they will get a buyer between 500-600, and I'd be downright shocked if they ever entertained 400k, but you lose every battle you don't enter, right?
