Good morning BPers!

So we're very excited to get started and thanks to BP and all the input from everyone, we think we're ready.

So here's our question. We live in the Denver metro area and have been pretty discouraged by the prices here and the lack of value. So we've decided to pursue our rental property business in Arizona...We spend a fair amount of time there and feel like there are some deals to be had.

We're looking primarily in Maricopa - south of the metro PHX area, its 's area we like and there seems to be a fair number of investors renting out single family homes there.

We understand the challenges of out of state ownership, but feel it makes some sense for us as we're planning on retiring in that area within the next 7-10 years?

We'd love some input from anyone investing in Maricopa.

Thanks!
