I believe in the goodness of humanity, in spite of all we do to each other and all that we do to destroy the planet.

I can't see any realistic scenarios beyond Israel destroying it while being chastised by the international community.

In Certain areas, people are determined to destroy anything good rising and that might include your investment property.

Especially in this day and age when the economy has destroyed so many people's credit.
