chad Carson’s course in his website CoachCarson.com is the ultimate resource besides Pace Morbys coaching group. 

He seems like a really good guy.Interestingly, I just listened to an episode of Matt Theriault's podcast "Epic Real Estate Investing" (episode 44), and in it he interviewed one of his coaching students who ALSO worked at a mutual fund company and is now wholesaling.

You must now form your leasing relationship with the disabled individual (presumably being coached by case workers and family).

We thought that paying for an education/coaching program would add to our credibility; but unfortunately, it really didn't make that much of difference.
