I would like to send out a challenge to property managers to come up with a technological solution for securing the properties utilizing massive improvements in home automation. 

(I use Smartbnb now for  automated messaging)How have you detached yourself from running all of the errands that come up?

Lower barrier to entry, interactions with great people, systematic operations that can be automated, not to mention a high cap for profitability.

I would automate the cleaning to a local cleaning company and charge the renter the cleaning charge.

I’ve gotten pretty decent money from them.The only downside is that it is a bit more work and you would want to live close by.I automate it as much as possible by using a lockbox so I don’t have to meet them there all the time.

Has anyone attempted to automate some of the MLS review process through obtaining an MLS feed from your local area (or even national) then scraping the data into Excel for quick analysis? 

Mainly, the systems implemented are fascinating (VA, automated offers, etc.)

I’ve spent many years working with the top banks & CUs in the country to implement origination software and re-work the board lending policy into an automated underwriting engine.

I have automated most of the work at this point on my Bartlett property and have started using Facebook ads this week and I am already getting responses.
