Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.

Every case would be unique but some new entity would probably acquire the assets of the company including lease contracts during bankruptcy proceedings/dissolution of the company, and the new entity might continue servicing it but who knows.

This will let you dump all your extra cash flow into the HELOC to pay it down, but let you re-access it to tackle another project when you're ready.Finally, although it will probably cost you several thousand more to implement/use, perhaps a hard money type lender is a better way to purchase.
