Recently acquired first rental propery.

Rehabbed it myself made it look better added central A/c put in a lot of sweat equity.

Went to property manager, hired them.. 8 days later they have a qualified tenant putting down a deposit. I should be excited but instead I can’t help but feel anxiety?

Congrats @Andrew S.. That's awesome.

The hardest thing in RE in my experience is having the right mindset. Ignore those emotions. Focus on the facts. You're probably a little uncomfortable because you're doing something that was previously out of your comfort zone.

It'll be easier on your next purchase. And even easier the next time after that.
