some wonder women powers, congrats Mindy

They apparently have a good product, because women can buy makeup pretty much anywhere, from Wallmart to specialty cosmetics outlets, yet Mary Kay has a huge herd of buyers for a product that is not marketed in any other fashion. 

I will leave it at that and let the men and women on here that actually own four plexes give you some more information.  

Would love some advice on this potential deal.A women I work with is looking to unload her 3 unit in a college town.

This week is the women's meeting tomorrow and then the Landlord lunch on Thursday.

We are a great team.My point is it might not be easy convincing your wife but be persistent make a presentation that you know she will understand (for me it was the drawing of the little houses) and show her you are a man of his word that she can trust and feel to be a stronger women next to you.

(And I know all about old women who won't take advice from family. 

For example, a women was just pistol whipped in the Fab Forties in broad daylight this past week.It is pocketed from a value standpoint though; feeling out the area is very important, especially in today's market as the gentrification border are constantly changing.Going against the cash buyers is a problem though.

I make sure all my places have dishwashers, main floor w/d hookups (you would be surprised how many women note this near the top of their list), clean working appliances, central heat and air, no carpet, dogs allowed (within reason, no cats I am allergic if they are not kept clean), off-street parking.
