Who is your friend and which Investment Group is it? You don't need back for wholesaling. You just need to know what you are doing. You can go to several meetings before having to make a decision to join or not to join. There is a landlord meeting on Thursday at 11:30 a.m. You don't have to be a landlord. Meet the people who might buy a wholesale deal from you.
