My thinking at this time is that, If I were to build townhomes or SF on the lots, the presence of the Mobile Park in close vicinity of the houses could be a deterrent to buyers.I would like to get the opinion of others on this topic. 

When you provide more windows it visually makes the interior space feel bigger because your depth perception goes to the outside.

If you don't want to spend the money, make sure you have a GC go with you and visually inspect the property.

The crime, education system, corruption, taxes, budget, etc are all big deterrents.

Just trying to visualize what these would look like and what is best for me and my goals. 

The visuals go a long way. 

Here's some to get started, and I'm sure people have better:* virtual work will migrate down the food chain of jobs, making internet/visual hookups more like a utility and possible differentiator for residential landlords*rental/business interruption insurance will evolve..more expensive and more comprehensive?

Otherwise if the security of visually seeing the investment daily is important, might as well just buy in California. 

Personally, I terrorize cold callers when they call me for anything so I don't know why you think someone would be receptive just because some voice is claiming they want to buy their house with no references or visual notes that could tell them who you are.
