J:Modular building construction is far more common in Europe and other parts of the world than here in North America ... but still comprises <25% of new construction even in those places where readily available (to the best I've been able to uncover thus far).3D printing on the scale of buildings is still in its infancy, but interesting results are already being produced.

You do open walls to uncover hidden problems, you do have issues with inspectors, you do go over budget, and it does take longer than you think to rehab.

I also do my own online searching to verify statements, and I have uncovered numerous inconsistencies from potential tenants.

Water, water, water, landscaped streams, water fountains, enough parking space, both covered and uncovered for about 4 or 5 cars. 

For the inspection do i need contact somebody who specialises in fire damaged properties ?
