Pick areas that have a lot to offer....great schools, great jobs,  high traffic, close to major players like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Starbucks etc.

In the near future, the leverage will be much lower and therefore the negative impact of possible rate increase is minimized.As for a stock trader, I think it is prudent to allocate 1/3 of his capital in real estate, and the remaining 2/3 in stock trading.For me, deflation is more dangerous than inflation.

And it’s similar to active traders that likely have segments they play in.

They stop buying their groceries at Aldi and the bargain supermarkets of their area and move up to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

No one knows if its true or not - could've been made up by some underpaid trader.

I dont know whether or not I want to trade real estate but the courses were a great insight and Im sure it will help me in the future even if I dont trade....enough about me...

That is why intelligent traders are saying that we are overdue for another slowdown.
