Hi,

I have been reading threads for a long time on this forum. I wanted to introduce myself. I am a 24 year old starting out in the real estate industry. Im finishing my real estate courses to trade. I own a small townhouse that I rent out to college students for the last 2 years. Im trying to expand my portfolio. I dont know whether or not I want to trade real estate but the courses were a great insight and Im sure it will help me in the future even if I dont trade....enough about me... there is a great wealth of knowledge on this forum (no pun intended :lol: )
