I’d cut my teeth elsewhere, gain traction while keeping an eye on Memorial.

@John Underwood might find that at least in Scottsdale, Airbnb has significantly more traction for short term rentals, however HomeAway has provided longer term rentals.  

@Albert Bui Thanks for the heads up I am gaining traction with similar lenders now.  

Obviously neither of these are real make or break issues but I would love to get some type of traction on either one of them in that I feel more and more BP obsessed (in a good way @Joshua Dorkinso not to worry) and want to be able to utilize BP to fullest potential.Thanks guys!

I have a Google business page for my STR; not really sure how much traction I'm getting.

it appears that it only really started to gain traction and the attention of gurus in 2010 and 2011 - when the market was still in the toilet and buyers had a huge advantage over sellers.  

We're starting to really gain some traction in acquiring deals which leads me to my question. 

@Ryan K. not sure that your post wouldn't get more traction in the "market place" but you have to be a pro member to post there. 

I'm going at it hard, but want to maintain traction with a good mailing campaign.
