If its not the tenants and no one else has ever come looking for it , I would say its yours  You don't think he should take it to his local police station then.

The place seems clean and well-kept. 4 minutes from CTA station on brown/pink line.

Not a lot of Fix & Flips available in the Bryan College Station area.

Since the house is pretty close to public transpiration and Google/Apple/Hi-Tech company bus station, so we were thinking that maybe finish up the basement to have more bedrooms and bathrooms, would attract those high-tech working professionals to share the house and bump up the rent?

We are interested in everything from an old gas station, barn, office building, out building, renting from another church, etc. 

I’m actually from Puerto Rico , I was stationed in Cali and decided to stay  but then the housing prices started to sky rocket., so it made start looking else where for real estate investments.
