No one wants to get more spam from guys(or gals) pushing trash “deals”Go get a hot deal and buyers will show up.

Hey guys think i spammed to many post on my 2nd post attempt got banned lol.I have used resources such as a VA cold calling 6 hours a day using Mojo off with leads fromProp stream.

What I did see during the time I spent looking were offers to sign up for more services, at a price of course, and some sort of classified ads, which at best looked like spam-filled Craigslist ads.The one comment I read that I somewhat agreed with was the reference made to why real estate data is so fragmented.

I was told and read here to pass out business cards everywhere and not leave home without them, especially as a beginner, to get your name out there.

My question is where exactly can I pass these out? As a beginner,...

I know nothing about this person, but today got spam emails to my BiggerPockets email account and our webmaster account.

The essence behind this update it to ensure that people who come to the site to spam their websites don't get rewarded by the search engines for doing so.If a user is just posting content designed for the search engines, they will not get any SEO benefit anymore for those posts.

It's like spam, as long as it's profitable, it's not going to go away on its own.

If you see a post that is a spam add or an abuse of the rules, simly use the "report post" and if it is moderated, they lose points, you get points, if it is deleted all together, they lose even more ponts, you get more points.
