I hope everyone who's new to real estate investing will think twice, research, think again, ask around, think again and do more research before buying anything, whether it be a book, a club membership, or anything that promises to give you the secret to real estate investing. It's hard work, it takes money, credit, networking, right time, right place, and a little luck never hurt.

Thank you for your offer but finding where to access to the PIN database wasn't clear and I spent about 1/2 hour doing what seemed to be going in circles on your website looking for it. The closest thing I found was signing up for a webinar which would disclose how to access it. I do not have the time or interest in sitting through a webinar for the information and had I known that was required, I most likely would've deleted the email offering the trial when I read it. My inbox is constantly filled with messages from real estate 'gurus' who claim to know the secret or want to sell their 'method'. Rather than getting irritated and unsubscribing immediately, I occasionally open one and read it. Mostly it's humorous but at the same time, I can't help but think of the many people I've met in the 20+ years I've worked in real estate, who've been told that real estate is easy money if they just pay the low, low price of $$$$$$ to obtain access to their secret, no-fail method! Right, and the reason these people decided to make a YouTube video and market a load of crap to these inexperienced, but otherwise intelligent people is what? No, not buying it, sorry. I signed up for the trial because I wanted to see if your product was anymore than the crsdata I pay for each year. I can't answer that because I wasn't able to access it. What I did see during the time I spent looking were offers to sign up for more services, at a price of course, and some sort of classified ads, which at best looked like spam-filled Craigslist ads.The one comment I read that I somewhat agreed with was the reference made to why real estate data is so fragmented. Of course that's a shady area I don't care to dive into here, but it is what it is and if all else fails, there's always getting off our butts, out from behind our computers and going down to the courthouse and digging through the many, many records of property information. One day that may be obsolete, but for now, the information is there with no hoops to jump through, and most of all, it's free.I wish you much success with your product and I mean that sincerely. It would be great to have access to what you describe, all relevant info in one place along with analytical tools, but I've yet to see that PIN is anything close.
