(though should someone want that wall open, we can do that by flipping the cabinets, and refrigerator to the opposite wall and reworking kitchen.We like the idea of a butlers pantry too, if a plan allows it.

I hate rework.

Maybe there's a 'temporary' fix that makes it structurally sound, but may need to be reworked in the future.

Just yesterday I heard that one of the data vendors just gad a hissy fit and reworked his data format while trying to eliminate an "unauthorized" reseller of his public records.Alternatively, after you know what data fields you need, you could hire a researcher to pull files to your customized specifications. 

The correct answer is then to rework (Airbnb) or sell this money losing business and move on.But no, everyone has instead convinced him that he is a brilliant “investor for appreciation” and he is going to hit a million dollar pay day!

Sorry for the confusion... the cost estimate of $2200 - $2500 includes the hot water tank, compression tank, reworking the gas supply line that was messed up, and replacing all of the other plumbing throughout the whole house which was also stolen.

The crazy thing is i need to rework the current bathroom in order to have room in the basement so I will incur cost with the current layout modification, so im not sure how much more it will be to just add another bathroom. i will know next week.
