Hi there BP. My name is Milo Graham and I have been interested in real estate investing for a few years but never took any action until recently. I am currently a full time firefighter here in Northern Colorado and have been a firefighter since 2012. I got interested in real estate investing after watching family, friends and coworkers having to go back to work after they retired. Seeing this happen first hand has made me want to take steps now to prevent this from happening to me.

My goal is to acquire rental properties for passive income to supplement my income. I have been doing a lot of reading and research along with also following threads on BP. I think I jumped a little to soon and went out purchased and joined Fortune Builders. That was a heavy investment so we will see if it pays off down the road. I look forward to getting to talk to you all and learn many different things along the way!!!
